Frequently Asked Questions
Is this therapy?
No. TC Momentum provides wellness/nutrition coaching, not therapy.
Coaching focuses on present- and future-oriented behavior change, habit building, goal setting, and skill development. We do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
That said, TC Momentum is uniquely informed by behavior science, which allows us to take an evidence-based, structured approach to wellness change.
How is this different from traditional wellness coaching or personal training?
Most wellness programs rely heavily on motivation, willpower, or rigid plans.
At TC Momentum, we:
Focus on behavior change, not just information
Build systems and routines, not quick fixes
Use data, self-monitoring, and realistic goal setting
Adapt plans to your life instead of expecting perfection
This approach helps change actually stick.
Do I need to be “ready” or already disciplined to start?
Not at all.
Many clients come in feeling stuck, inconsistent, or frustrated with past attempts. Readiness is something we build together through structure, clarity, and small wins — not something you need to have before starting.
What areas of wellness do you focus on?
TC Momentum primarily supports:
Nutrition habits and consistency
Movement and exercise routines
Stress management and regulation
Sleep routines and recovery
Sessions are personalized, so we focus on what matters most to you.
What does a free consult involve?
The free consult is a short, no-pressure conversation where we:
Discuss your goals and challenges
Identify barriers to consistency
Determine whether TC Momentum is a good fit
Review next steps if you choose to move forward
There is no obligation to book services.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes. All sessions are currently offered virtually, making support accessible and flexible.
How long does it take to see results?
Change doesn’t happen overnight — but many clients notice improvements in clarity, consistency, awareness, and confidence within the first few weeks.
Our focus is on building skills and routines that support long-term progress, not short-term perfection.
What if I’ve tried everything before?
That’s actually very common.
Most people haven’t failed — they’ve just been given plans that didn’t account for real behavior, real schedules, and real life. TC Momentum is designed for people who are ready for a different, more sustainable approach.
