I’m Tiarra Cupp, first and foremost a boy mom and wife. My family is my everything and being the best I can be for them is my number 1 priority! As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Wellness Coach and Nutrition Coach, you’re in good hands. When our lifestyle choices impact our ability to show up for ourselves and the people around us, a change is needed!

My background is rooted in behavior science — understanding why we do what we do and how to create systems that support long-term change.
