Let me introduce myself. Hi, I’m Tiarra Cupp, a mom, a wife, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), certified wellness coach, and someone who is deeply committed to her own wellness journey. Like many others, I’ve experienced the challenges of balancing self-care and prioritizing my own health with the demands of life, and I’ve also watched loved ones struggle on their journey. These events have shaped how I view wellness and have shown me just how important our decisions are. Through my personal experience, I’ve come to appreciate how small, sustainable changes can lead to lasting transformation.

I was drawn to wellness coaching because it bridges science and personal transformation. I saw a growing need for individualized support in areas like nutrition, movement, stress, and sleep—especially among those who felt overwhelmed by conflicting information or stuck in unhelpful patterns. Wellness coaching allows me to empower others through evidence-based strategies, while also honoring the unique values, goals, and lifestyles of each person.

My passion for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) also runs deep. The power of knowing how ABA offers evidence-based solutions that truly work can be lifechanging. I bring my expertise in ABA with 10+ years in the field, along with wellness coaching to help others achieve their goals. My mission is to bridge the gap between science and real-life application, making behavior change accessible, achievable, and life-enhancing.
