Meet Tiarra Cupp
I’m Tiarra Cupp, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Wellness Coach, and Certified Nutrition Coach with over a decade of experience.
My background is rooted in behavior science — understanding why we do what we do and how to create systems that support long-term change. People are motivated, capable, and willing… but stuck in cycles of all-or-nothing thinking, burnout, and unrealistic expectations.
I founded TC Momentum to bridge the gap between behavior science and everyday wellness.
